After 19-months of construction, the 12th Avenue Arts project officially opened its doors to the public in a grand opening celebration on 11/20/14. The grand opening included speeches from City and State officials, live performances from local artists, and food from future building restaurants U:Don Noodle Station and Pelmeni Dumpling Tzar.
